Talent Acquisition Manager with a Passion for Diversity

You will take a lead role in all recruitment efforts, planning, developing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition and Retention strategies for our group that reflects our commitments to equality, diversity and inclusivity, building and promoting our employer brand in relevant networks.

Your tasks will be many, including ad drafting, headhunting, interviewing and candidate evaluation. You will build a recruitment database and set recruitment KPI that will allow for continuous evaluation and improvement to our processes.

Your scope of work will include our publishing organization as well as all of our studios, meaning a large proportion of specialist recruitment for exciting and interesting roles within game development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience running recruitment in a Talent Acquisition role or similar
  • Familiarity with a range of selection methods (interviews, practical tests, psychological tests etc.)
  • Appreciation for and hands on experience with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion
  • Personality as that of an organised team player with good time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to run recruitment with an operational excellence that ensures positive candidate experiences
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
